Welcome to The Yew Project... a gentle, practical space for wellbeing support that honours your nervous system and your real life.
My work is neuro-affirming and trauma-informed, blending simple tools you can actually use (for things like anxiety, sleep, boundaries, overwhelm, ADHD/autism understanding) with restorative practices such as Reiki, sound therapy, and ecological nature-based support.
Whether you’re feeling burnt out, stuck in overthinking, navigating neurodivergence, or simply craving more calm and connection — you are welcome here.

1:1 Wellbeing Coaching
These are coaching-style sessions focused on understanding what’s going on for you and building a toolkit that supports you day-to-day.
We can explore:
• anxiety, overwhelm, stress and burnout
• sleep hygiene and bedtime routines
• ADHD/autism understanding and support strategies
• nervous system regulation tools
• boundaries, people-pleasing, confidence and communication
• creating gentle structure, routines and realistic goals
Recommended: Coaching works best as a 6-session journey, because meaningful change often comes from consistency, practise, and space to reflect and refine.

Sound Therapy (Group Sound Baths)
Guided meditation & sound bath journey - Sound therapy works on a cellular level, working to ease stress & tension within, a relaxing session to help restore emotional, spiritual & physical balance.

Ecological Walk & Talk Group
A gentle, supportive nature-based wellbeing group. Not a fitness walk, and not therapy — simply a space to breathe, connect, and feel steadier.
Each week we explore different ways of connecting with nature, such as:
• sensory grounding and mindful walking
• breath + body-based regulation outdoors
• noticing practices and seasonal reflection
• nature-based metaphors for resilience, boundaries and change
• optional simple creative practices using natural materials
We’ll be weaving in connection with the more-than-human world — the living world around us — to support nervous system regulation, reduce rumination, and invite a sense of belonging.
